Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement
This agreement is between Dr. Dolo Dorsey, individually and as Founder & CEO of The Kollective Hospitality Group, including affiliated brands, ventures, and intellectual property, and the receiving party signing below.
Confidentiality
Confidential information includes business models, unreleased branding, artwork, marketing strategy, financial information, systems, automations, vendor and partner details, client lists, staffing, compensation, operational plans, properties, products, and expansion plans.
Non-Compete + Non-Circumvention
For two years, the receiving party agrees not to compete with, circumvent, copy, repurpose, or help another party execute a disclosed business model, concept, relationship, or derivative strategy.
Intellectual Property
All disclosed creative, strategic, operational, and brand assets remain the sole property of Dr. Dolo Dorsey and The Kollective Hospitality Group unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Remedies + Governing Law
Breach may result in injunctive relief and other legal remedies. The agreement is governed by Texas law with exclusive jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.
The signed record stores the agreement version, timestamp, acknowledgements, contact details, signature, source, user agent, and available request metadata.
